小編相信，很多報(bào)考了ACCA的學(xué)員，都或多或少的了解過(guò)“OBU學(xué)位”，但若要深究，卻未必那么清楚了，更不用說(shuō)有方法的申請(qǐng)OBU了...
 
什么是OBU學(xué)位？
 
ACCA在2000年和牛津.布魯克斯大學(xué)(Oxford Brookes University)建立了合作關(guān)系，使學(xué)員在學(xué)習(xí)ACCA專業(yè)資格的同時(shí)，有機(jī)會(huì)獲得該校應(yīng)用會(huì)計(jì)的（榮譽(yù)）理學(xué)士學(xué)位。牛津·布魯克斯大學(xué)在2000年連續(xù)第五次被泰晤士報(bào)評(píng)為新大學(xué)中的第一名。該大學(xué)的應(yīng)用會(huì)計(jì)（榮譽(yù)）理學(xué)士學(xué)位由于其充分考慮會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)、實(shí)際工作及雇主對(duì)財(cái)會(huì)方面的要求，而受到高度評(píng)價(jià)。學(xué)員在通過(guò)ACCA第一、二部分九門課程的考試后，向該校提交一份研究和分析報(bào)告及主要能力陳述書(shū)供校方評(píng)估，就有機(jī)會(huì)獲得上述學(xué)士學(xué)位。這個(gè)學(xué)位等同于在英國(guó)本土留學(xué)而獲得的學(xué)位。
 
*注：此榮譽(yù)學(xué)位只是英國(guó)、澳洲大學(xué)學(xué)位的稱呼，中國(guó)則只有學(xué)士學(xué)位。這個(gè)榮譽(yù)學(xué)位和某明星或成功人士被大學(xué)授予的榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)是完全不一樣的。榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位是英國(guó)的高等級(jí)學(xué)位，分為一等榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位、二等榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位、三等榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位、學(xué)士學(xué)位和diploma（合格證、結(jié)業(yè)證）。
 
學(xué)士學(xué)位最低級(jí)的是一般的degree，如果全A就是First Class，B就是Second upper class，依此類推……
 
英聯(lián)邦國(guó)家的教育體系規(guī)定，F(xiàn)irst Class的bachelor with honours可以直接申請(qǐng)攻讀博士學(xué)位。
 
學(xué)位等級(jí)的評(píng)定由論文及各個(gè)階段的考試分?jǐn)?shù)決定，能申請(qǐng)到一等榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位的幾率大概在30%。
 
如果拿到一等榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位，可以申請(qǐng)世界上任何頂尖的學(xué)校而攻讀碩士學(xué)位。
 
如果拿到二等榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)士，可以申請(qǐng)英國(guó)top5-top30，澳洲四星級(jí)學(xué)校，美國(guó)top30-top100學(xué)校，此學(xué)位目前沒(méi)有得到教育部的認(rèn)證，因?yàn)闊o(wú)法提供出入境證明，屬于合作辦學(xué)性質(zhì)，這在國(guó)內(nèi)是無(wú)法承認(rèn)的。但是在國(guó)內(nèi)私企、境外的任何公司，此學(xué)位認(rèn)可度還是很高的。事實(shí)上，OBU榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位的含金量與國(guó)內(nèi)top10的會(huì)計(jì)類本科有的一拼。
 
申請(qǐng)OBU學(xué)位的條件：
 
1、注冊(cè)過(guò)這個(gè)學(xué)位（可以在My ACCA中查看此學(xué)位的狀態(tài)是否為opted-in）
 
2、通過(guò)前九門考試（F7，F(xiàn)8，F(xiàn)9不可以免考）
 
3、通過(guò)F7，F(xiàn)8，F(xiàn)9之前提交并通過(guò)英語(yǔ)成績(jī)證明
 
4、完成道德模塊測(cè)試（Professional Ethics module）
 
英語(yǔ)證明的提交：
 
● 在2014年6月及之前通過(guò)的F4考試可以直接當(dāng)做英語(yǔ)證明，無(wú)需另外提交；
 
● 在2014年12月及之后通過(guò)F4考試需另外提交英語(yǔ)成績(jī)證明，如大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)，雅思，托福等（需要翻譯后加蓋公章）。
 
論文的提交包含：
 
A、7500字Research Report(RR)；
 
B、2000字Skills and Learning Statement(SLS)（包括15分鐘Presentation on the project to your project mentor，需提交PPT）；
 
這兩個(gè)部分要全部都通過(guò)才可以拿到學(xué)位，如哪個(gè)部分沒(méi)過(guò)，下次只提交那個(gè)部分就好，每個(gè)學(xué)員共有3次提交機(jī)會(huì)，但每次都需繳納評(píng)審費(fèi)。學(xué)員需要找一名導(dǎo)師來(lái)輔導(dǎo)論文寫(xiě)作，并進(jìn)行3次面談（每次30分鐘，第三次做15分鐘presentation)。目前全球論文通過(guò)率只有50%。
 
Research and analysis report（RR）：
 
它共有20個(gè)題目可以選擇，題目?jī)?nèi)容包羅萬(wàn)象，涉及很多內(nèi)容。以第8個(gè)題目為例：需要分析一個(gè)公司最近3年的financial and business performance.
 
Skills and learning statement（SLS）:
 
它要回答四個(gè)問(wèn)題：怎樣跟導(dǎo)見(jiàn)三次面的？論文的研究目標(biāo)如何達(dá)到的？怎么跟老師溝通的？論文的寫(xiě)作對(duì)你的學(xué)習(xí)和工作有多大幫助？這個(gè)SLS只有過(guò)和不過(guò)。決定這個(gè)SLS是否通過(guò)的方面有：語(yǔ)言，溝通，是否通過(guò)這個(gè)論文寫(xiě)作有收獲和感悟，IT技術(shù)使用（PPT）等方面。
 
8-15號(hào)論文選題范圍：
 
論文共有20個(gè)選題：
 
1）An analysis and evaluation of an organization——s budgetary control system and its links with performance management and decision making.
 
分析評(píng)估某個(gè)企業(yè)的預(yù)算控制系統(tǒng)，并找出該系統(tǒng)與企業(yè)的績(jī)效管理以及企業(yè)決策三者之間的聯(lián)系
 
2）An evaluation of how the introduction of a new technology can assist an organization in achieving its business objectives.
 
論述引進(jìn)新技術(shù)是如何幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的
 
3）An assessment of the potential impact of an aspect of impending legislation on the operations and financial position of an organization.
 
論述某個(gè)即將頒布的法案對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的運(yùn)營(yíng)崗位以及財(cái)務(wù)崗位有什么潛移默化的影響
 
4）A review of the business management and accounting issues of environmental costs of an organization.

論述一個(gè)企業(yè)的社會(huì)使命，包括它的商業(yè)倫理道德及對(duì)商業(yè)慣例和利益共享者的影響
 
*注：論文選題范圍可以在以上20條內(nèi)選擇，其他題目范圍需另行申請(qǐng)。
 
1、從8-15開(kāi)始，都需要提供近三年的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表。
 
2、自2016年5月起，8-15號(hào)論文選題范圍將會(huì)要求學(xué)員使用業(yè)內(nèi)具體企業(yè)名錄，行業(yè)類別根據(jù)ICB而定（Industry Classification Benchmark，行業(yè)分類基準(zhǔn)）。行業(yè)名錄將由OBU提供，一經(jīng)發(fā)布，次年的5月和11月的提交期內(nèi)的8-15號(hào)論文的行業(yè)名錄既定。大家可以在ACCA官網(wǎng)“Rap Submission”中查詢，公布時(shí)間是每年的12月1日。您撰寫(xiě)的論文必須是圍繞OBU發(fā)布的行業(yè)內(nèi)的企業(yè)背景所做的分析和評(píng)估。
 
您的論文必須是關(guān)于一個(gè)企業(yè)的分析而不僅僅局限于財(cái)務(wù)分析。
 
論文的提交包含：
 
論文（RR）通過(guò)共有A，B，或C三個(gè)分?jǐn)?shù)，論文的分?jǐn)?shù)和該學(xué)員ACCA前九門平均成績(jī)綜合起來(lái)可確定該生學(xué)位的級(jí)別（詳見(jiàn)具體評(píng)定圖）。牛津布魯克斯大學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)本科學(xué)位共有：First class,Upper second class,Lower second class,Third class等4個(gè)級(jí)別。決定這個(gè)RR是否通過(guò)的方面有：語(yǔ)言，溝通，分析是否深入，IT技術(shù)使用，參考資料使用及格式等方面。
 
論文的提交方式：
 
通過(guò)網(wǎng)上提交的方式上傳，一年有兩次提交的機(jī)會(huì)，分別在五月和十一月。
